the goal
The practice wanted to attract new patients while reinforcing trust and brand awareness. By showcasing real patient experiences, they aimed to highlight the friendly, compassionate care that sets Signature Smiles apart from other dental offices.
our approach
We partner with Signature Smiles on a monthly basis to film patient testimonial videos. Each session, we interview 2–5 patients in a relaxed, natural setting at the office. In addition to the talking-head interviews, we capture b-roll footage of patients around the office to visually enhance the story. This approach emphasizes the practice’s anxiety-free, welcoming environment while creating compelling, authentic content that resonates with prospective patients.
the results
By producing consistent, high-quality testimonial videos each month, Signature Smiles is able to showcase the real experiences of their patients and the unique, compassionate atmosphere of their practice. The videos are featured prominently on the practice’s social media channels, helping them connect with new audiences online.
