the goal
Integra needed a way to streamline onboarding for new employees at their manufacturing facility. With a growing workforce and complex processes to teach, they wanted to reduce training time while ensuring every new hire received consistent, accurate, and engaging instruction. The goal was to make training more efficient, standardized, and scalable as the company continued to expand.
our approach
Working closely with Integra, we produced a library of 25 training videos covering a wide range of topics, from workplace safety and best practices to step-by-step assembly processes. Starting from client-provided scripts, we built detailed shot lists and an efficient shooting schedule, capturing the bulk of content in a two-day back-to-back production at Integra’s Akron, Ohio facility. Throughout the process, we collaborated with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and real-world relevance in every video.
the results
The completed videos were integrated directly into Integra’s online training platform, giving every new hire access to consistent, high-quality onboarding content. The result has been a more efficient training process, allowing employees to start work with a solid understanding of manufacturing standards and expectations. Beyond the efficiency gains, Integra praised our ability to deliver a large volume of polished, professional training content in a short timeframe—helping them support growth and scale their workforce with confidence.
