Making the game plan
Putting on an event of any size is no small task. There are often lots of moving parts, and we want to make sure nothing gets missed. We start every project with a conversation about your vision for the video, and the logistics of making it happen as seamlessly as possible.
Capturing the event
Every event is unique. Some call for setting up equipment at the venue hours or days in advance. Others are simple enough that we can show up ready to go right as things are kicking off. Either way, we'll follow our game plan and get the coverage we need while you focus on the event.
Sharing the finished product
Wherever you want the project to end up, we'll help you get it there! A full-quality master video file might be perfect for archiving your event, but it's definitely too big to email to grandma and too long to post on social media. When it comes to delivery formats and edit versions, we'll hook you up with whatever you might need. If you plan to distribute copies of a video, we can also assist with order forms and billing.
